- Lead the coordination, follow-up, and execution of trials for the purpose of improving crop performance and process efficiency, as well as evaluating New Product Introductions.
- Capture all relevant metrics and communicate findings to support team decision-making.
- Support the Production Team with upscaling and implementing New Processes & New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Design technical production protocols & technical planning parameters related to the crop species in scope.
- Manage the evaluation of all New Product Introductions across the farm, deliver accurate reports, and facilitate decision-making and project conclusions.
- Design and coordinate internal technical trials and assure they are executed according to the written protocols.
- Manage and monitor daily activities for technical trialing (e.g., trial setup, crop culture, chemical applications, data collection, profiles, quality standards, etc.).

Qualifications
- Agronomy background and field experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Excel, Power Point, Smartsheet, and/or Power BI knowledge is a plus.
