As an Operations Specialist you will support our mission by focusing on effective financial oversight, reporting and management of procurement activities for the NA Region.
Duties:
- Effectively manage the invoicing and procurement activities for the region, including liaising with the Accounts Payable Team and other key business strategic partners.
- Provides support to the NA Team during the budgeting cycle.
- Provides support with effective cost center oversight, including monthly reviews of the region’s financial performance.
- Provides support with monthly closing reports, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Maintains financial integrity by following established procedures, policies, and internal controls.
- Provides support on commercial lease management and renewals including processing lease cost changes, and recurring payment requests.
- Provides support to the Capital expenditure process including budget initiation, cost tracking, reporting, and project closures.
- Support Project Managers with SAP capital projects setup, reporting, capitalization, closure, and Smartsheet tracking, also back up Project Managers with PPM Capex sanctioning and governance.
- Solve end to end system issues for stakeholders to remove bottlenecks in capital execution.

Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in Business, Finance, related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of budgeting cycles, invoicing, accounting, procurement management and procurement systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft programs and applications (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Financial Acuity.
- SAP / Ariba.
