ERP SAP Global BASIS Lead

Role Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining and improving the architecture of public cloud where SAP systems are hosted.

Responsibilities includes:

• Managing the Public Cloud Infrastructure for all SAP Applications
• Should have good know how and understanding on move to RISE and operations in RISE
• Responsible for Resilient design of infrastructure covering High Availability and Disaster Recovery setup
• Should be able to design and setup tools for monitoring the SAP infrastructure on Public Cloud
• Sound understanding of Databases like Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server and HANA     
• Technology management: Strong hands-on SAP Basis experience with a mix blend of  managing Support &  upgrades engagements,
• Hands on experience in managing SAP Basis infrastructure
• Strong Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Maintain good relationship with Syngenta Stakeholders & Strategic Partners/Vendors
• Working with SNOW service management tool
• Experience in security & OS Patching for SAP systems
• Adept in Solman, AWS based monitoring
• Should possess skills to automate regular BASIS and Infrastructure tasks to achieve operational efficiency

Qualification, Experience & Critical leadership capabilities

• 15+ years' experience with minimum 8+ years in designing SAP Infrastructure
• Should have experience in designing the infrastructure for Enterprise or large scale SAP landscape
• Should have good knowledge and understanding on SAP and the newly launched SAP products like S/4, MDG and HANA tools & appliance
• Should have good understanding and knowledge & features offered by Public Cloud and ways to optimize the infrastructure
• Good inter personal skills, and strong Influencing skills, thought leadership.
• Excellent communication and time management skills
