Supply Administrative and Reporting Specialist (fix term 12 months)

Job description

  • Ensure that all transports subject to E-transport for which an automated solution is not in place are registered into the local tool, UIT code is issues and transmitted to the loading point;
  • Ensure that in case of transports subject to E-transports that are generating automatically the UIT, there are no errors in the system and in the processes, error management with all involved stakeholders; 
  • Ensure connectivity with the European logistics teams of all divisions for all issues related to the E-transport;
  • Ensure all updates related to E-transport are processes, connection with all stakeholders in order to make sure that 100% of the requirements are met;
  • Consolidate the data from system and prepare reporting to Intrastat and AFM (packaging for imported volumes);
  • Support for any other reporting needs, prepare regular reports from SAP;
  • Other activities linked with the administrative support, archiving documents;  
  • Different updates and analysis to be prepared for the assigned activities;
  • Establishing and implementing clear administrative processes for the smooth running of the processes under his area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Critical experience and knowledge

  • 2 years of experience in operations (supply, customer service);
  • Relevant experience with ERP3 systems / SAP would be a plus and Microsoft office;
  • Bachelor Degree;
  • Fluent in English.

Critical technical and professional capabilities

  • Attention to details with strong analytical skills;
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office user – Word, Excel);
  • Team Orientation – Knowledge and insights about customers and needs;
  • Effective organizational skills and time management;
  • Honesty and integrity;
  • Self-motivation and desire for self-improvement and success;
  • Proactive, result oriented and hands-on attitude.
