Content Creator - Fixed Term Contract

To support that challenge, the Branding and Operations team is currently seeking a Content Creator that will use their creative skills to develop valuable, engaging and relevant content that supports a cohesive customer experience. 

PLEASE NOTE:  This is a 13 month fixed-term contract position.  This role can be based in Calgary, AB, Guelph, ON  and we are open to remote work arrangements to people already living in Canada.

• Develop valuable, engaging and relevant content that supports a cohesive customer experience throughout campaigns and sales support materials
• Create highly impactful content that reflects brand positioning and brand storytelling
• Collaborate with various Marketing Operations team members to ensure successful implementation of relevant content for tactical execution
• Accountable for ensuring all publicly distributed content produced meets brand standards, legal advertising requirements, editorial style guidelines and WCAG AA compliance requirements

Syngenta Crop Protection keeps plants safe from planting to harvesting. From the moment a seed is planted through to harvest, crops need to be protected from weeds, insects and diseases as well as droughts and floods, heat and cold.

Required –

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Creative Writing, or Communications, or in place of a degree, 5+ years of relevant experience with similar job responsibilities
• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of branding and communications, enjoys thinking outside the box and collaborates well with team members.
• Expertise using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office products

Preferred –

• Knowledge of Trello or another project management software, Mural and Smartsheet an asset
• Design or video capture/editing experience an asset
