Purpose:

  • Cash Identification and Application to Customer Accounts
  • Month End Close Activities
  • Cashflow Analysis
  • Credit Limits Review and Blocked Orders Monitoring

Responsibilities:

  • Identify incoming funds in bank accounts and apply cash according to instructions provided.
  • Perform month end close activities in a timely manner and accurately.
  • Produce and provide analysis on cash performance to the country and key stakeholders.
  • Perform timely credit line reviews on customers.
  • Monitor and release blocked orders.
  • Perform collection activities, following up with customers.
  • Comply with requirements regarding internal and external controls

Qualifications

Requirements

It is indispensable for this position:

  • Graduate or advanced student of Certified Accountant or Administration or similar career.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in multinational or local companies.
  • Accounting knowledge (understanding of debit and credit, customer account management).
  • English: Intermediate/advanced level (mandatory).
  • Excellent communications skills and confidence to interact with end users across the company.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of process and policy when providing answers or solutions.
  • Client Service Focus.
  • Execution and Results Orientation.
  • Collaboration and Team Player

Desirable

  • SAP or Equivalent ERP hands on Knowledge
  • Knowledge of systems: Service Now, Concur, Customer Invoice Management.
