Responsibilities

  1. Master Data Management:
    • Apply and maintain established master data rules and guidelines across company systems
    • Collaborate with business units to resolve daily master data issues
    • Follow up with business to guarantee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in tasks execution for code creation
  2. Data Quality Initiatives:
    • Assist in data cleansing and quality improvement projects
    • Participate in regular data quality audits and implement corrective actions
    • Support master data-related projects and process improvements
  3. Analysis, Reporting and Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and anomalies
    • Present findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders

Qualifications

It is indispensable for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced student in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related field (Desirable)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
  • Intermediate level of English is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Basic understanding of database management and data governance principles
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
