Key Account & Business Development Manager Professional Solutions

• Develop the Turf and Landscape segment in Czech Republic
• Grow the Garden business segment in Czech Republic and Slovakia 
• Develop a comprehensive 5-year plan for Turf & Landscape, Professional Pest Management, and Home Pest, aligning with relevant stakeholders and territory strategies
• Identify market trends and customer dynamics, incorporating data into the plan
• Develop and implement tactical campaign plans for relevant Professional Solutions segments and portfolios, collaborating with teams to achieve targets
• Support product registration, development, and launch activities
• Set campaign objectives and work closely with Marketing and Technical managers for implementation
• Define and achieve budget, market share, and financial targets in agreement with stakeholders
• Ensure efficient resourcing for portfolio strategies and campaign plans

• Bachelor's or master's degree
• Preferably professional experience in agriculture, especially pesticides 
• Turf business or greenkeeper experience would be a huge benefit
• Knowledge of agribusiness markets and customer needs
• Experience in business development
• Knowledge >5 years in marketing and/ or business management (e.g. sales, marketing, product development & technical support)
• Knowledge in Key Account- and brand/ portfolio management
• Ability to influence indirect relationships throughout business
• Fluent Czech and at least intermediate level of English
