CRM & Data Analyst 

Contract type: full-time, temporary contract (12 months) 

Work style: hybrid / fully remote 

Syngenta Poland is seeking a skilled and experienced CRM & Data Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analyzing customer data to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic and operational aspects of CRM initiatives
  • Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights
  • Support sales team performance through commercial strategies
  • Monitor and report on commercial activities
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Manage customer data collection, storage, and governance
  • Create and implement analytical frameworks

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or CRM project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/IT/Statistics or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in PowerBI or Tableau for advanced data analytics
  • Programming skills in SOQL, JAVA, and DAX; experience with Salesforce development would be a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with CRM teams, developers, and sales teams
