Job description

  • Achieve the objectives of the strategic & Tactical campaign within the determine timeline.
  • Works together with campaign team to create actionable and measurable campaign activities (media, press meetings, events, emails, websites, social media, etc).
  •  Responsible for managing campaign delivery ensuring optimum efficiency and value for money, producing a plan and monitoring expenditure.
  • Collect and validate all needs for market data by collect market insight on monthly basis (Syngenta products price versus competitors) and report on Quarterly Basis, IPLAN, responsible of verifying market segmentation and coordinate with commercial operation lead...
  • Coordinate Push (needs) and Pull (execution) by collecting the needs of National and Regional distributors through the key account plans and commercial meetings and to ensure proper execution of all the activities on the ground and alignment to the plans.
  • Coordinate with A&P and relevant regional sales to secure availability of the material on time.
  • Responsible for the samples needed for the commercial.
  • Responsible for CU portfolio NPIs process (Identification till launching plan), Business Case & RR.
  • Plan & execute the creative, technical and logistical elements of major events including overall design theme, marketing literature, audio visual coordination, speech writing as well as budgeting and negotiation.

Qualifications

Critical knowledge

  • Bachelor degree in Agriculture with sales and Marketing background
  • A good understanding of the agricultural industry and in particular the seed & crop protection business.
  • Knowledge of data protection, advertising standards and other laws relevant to the advertising and promotion of Syngenta’s products
  • Advanced level of knowledge in CRM, Brand management Campaigning and digital tools.
  • High level of computer literacy (graphics)
  • Proficient level of marketing principles and terminology (MaSE e-learning) esp. Campaign Management

Critical experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the agribusiness industry
  • Experience of working in marketing
  • Experience of working with and managing third parties

  • Work with effective grower, channel and influencer segmentation
  • Lead, develop and execute communication plans
  • Digital skills for fast adoption of new processes & systems
  • Knows how to develop and implement effective product communications
