We are looking for a great Full Stack Technical Lead. You will be working in a fast paced environment which needs great technical as well as communication skills. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5-10 people, owns, implements (hands on), and delivers key modules.
- Manages technical communication with partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to stay focused on the target in an ambiguous situation.
- Craft reusable, accessible, and well-tested components that work across various devices & platforms.
- Research, design, and implement elegant solutions to complex web user interface challenges.
- Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Evangelize the design system, tools, and libraries.

Skills
- 8+ years professional experience in commercial or web-scale system software development and delivery. Strong analytical skills
- 4+ years’ Experience in building backend systems with NodeJS.
- 4+ years’ Experience in building web applications with ReactJS, redux, HTML/CSS.
- Strong experience with CSS pre-processors, responsive design.
- Date store - SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Mongo, etc.
- Strong in Object Oriented Programming concepts
- Prior experience working on any of the third-party cloud solutions like GCP, Azure, etc. preferably AWS.
- Exposure to Agile Scrum way of working, pair programming
- Any unit test framework Enzyme, Jest, Mocha, etc. and well versed with TDD
- Experience leading large scale web applications/products is a MUST
- Experience with architecting, developing, and deploying on AWS Cloud platform is desirable.
- Must have experience in scalability, reliability, performance optimization, developing and deploying API based applications.
- In depth knowledge in DB Schema Design.
- Good experience integrating with external APIs and SDKs
- Knowledge with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture and integration with Front End frameworks.
- Experience with tools such as Node.js, NPM, Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization and writing clean/maintainable code.
- Experience with code versioning tools like GIT.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
