• PhD in agriculture, plant sciences, plant pathology, bioinformatics, biochemical sciences, entomology, weed science, soil science, Integrated Pest Management    (IPM), plant nutrition, agricultural microbiology, chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• Postdoc fellows or young scientific researchers
• Outstanding academic achievements and English/Chinese proficiency
