Job description

Локація: Полтавська обл. 

Обов'язки:

  • Створення попиту і продажів: приблизно 80% часу зосереджено на створені попиту серед фермерських господарств на ввіреній території
  • Досягнення цілей з продажів і долі ринку на призначеній території
  • Створення попиту і його фіксація у системі CRM, а також контроль реалізації попиту до фактичної поставки продукції кінцевому споживачеві
  • Відповідальність за планування з клієнтами на ввіреній території: прогнозування продажів та розробка плану дій щодо підвищення попиту на продукцію компанії «Сингента» та ін.
  • Відповідальність за розвиток ввіреної території шляхом постійного розвитку клієнтської бази
  • Відповідальність за врегулювання складних ситуацій з клієнтами відповідно до процедур компанії

Кваліфікації

  • Досвід роботи у продажах від 2 років (в агросфері або у виробництві)
  • Агрономія: знання про с-г культури та технології
  • Розуміння конкурентного середовища
  • Відмінні комунікаційні та презентаційні навички
  • Досвідчений користувач програм Microsoft Office
  • Діючі права водія, категорія В
