Senior Analyst - Procurement Operation - Vendor Master Data

Responsibilities:

• Supporting global requesters in navigating Vendor master support using Venpro, SAP MDG-S, and SAP ECC.
• Vendor creation and amendments using different tools like MDS-S, Winshuttle, and SAP.
• Address all the queries from business requestors about vendor master data.
• Verify all the supporting documents attached while creating the vendors and are in line with the country DTP or required proof of evidence/approvals.
• If observe any deviation from the desktop process, liaise with the requestor to amend the details as per the country-specific requirements and seek appropriate approvals.
• Perform a few Internal Controls in alignment with the Syngenta Compliance team.
• Support during the internal audit requirement to share the evidence.
• Strong ability to collaborate with other functions like the ARIBA team, Regional Procurement Operations team, Business Partnering teams & Compliance team

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in SAP or equivalent Vendor Master data maintenance.
• 2-3 years of experience in business process support in a captive shared services center for an MNC highly preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP system with all the Vendor master data-related standard tables in SAP R\3 ERP systems (LFA1,LFB1,LFBK etc.)
• Knowledge of SAP MDG, SAP ARIBA, and Winshuttle tool will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of transactional procurement and accounting processes.
• Being part of a high-performing team with good time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Excel and various other key functions to analyze, organize, and present data in Excel.
• Intellectual curiosity and professional commitment to excellence
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly - Fluent English- written and spoken
• Ability to effectively work in a team having Collaborative skills
