  • Facilitate and consolidate sales reports, distributors sales, sales forecast and demand forecast and develop dealers/ retailer’s database as basis of enhancing sales management
  • Provide sales analysis to assist Sales Manager to monitor the overall achievement of sales target for each of sales areas
  • Record the operational expenses of the sales team and make respective analysis on the basis of assigned sales budget and cost of sales per sales unit
  • Consolidate and keep track respectively on planning and implementation of field campaign activities, notably demonstrations plot, field days, farmers meetings
  • Good understanding of SIP structure and facilitate the system and availability of database to support such structure
  • To analysis the sales data from the sales team, dealer network and analyse the sales reports of distributors of the sales team
  • To update the sales database and forecasting to ensure efficiency and accuracy data processing
  • Take responsibility as demand planner on monthly sales forecast process. Monthly submit the sales forecast to National Sales Manager.
  • Validate the sales data for supporting the SIP implementation
  • Tracking sales performance monthly
  • Records all operational expenses of the sales team and timely report

Qualifications

  • Excellent computer skills, special excel, pivot & SQL. Keen on adapting software application.
  • Analysis skills
  • English
  • Ability to work closely with RSM/SE
  • Abilities to work effectively with partners and customers
  • Good communication both internal and external at all levels to ensure the messages are delivered properly
  • Teamwork development and reliability in relationships across functions.
  • Positive attitude to change, innovation, creativity
