Requisitos

Responsibilities

  • Develop and influence the distribution network (distributors), in line with the established guidelines, regarding the conditions that the distributors of the company's products must meet.
  • Participate in the preparation of sales budgets for the area and ensure compliance.
  • Provide technical advice to distributors / producers and recommend the most appropriate products and services in each case.
  • Receive and attend complaints and inquiries from users (distributors and producers), regarding commercial products by the company.
  • Establish itself as a technical and commercial reference for the area and interacting with stakeholders.
  • Contact and relationship with different stakeholders (Distributor) and areas within the company; Technical Service, Marketing, among others

Qualifications

It is indispensable for this position:

  • Graduated Agronomist Engineer or related careers
  • Solid knowledge of the local market, main references (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of MS Office, intermediate (mandatory)
  • Availability to travel and Driver’s License (mandatory)
  • 3 years of commercial and technical experience (mandatory)
  • Intermediate level of English (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, customer focus and process adherence (valued)
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously (valued)
  • Proactivity and focus on results (valued)
