Regulatory Operations Specialist

We have a Flexible Work Location approach and this role can be based in Guelph, ON, Calgary, AB and we are open to remote work accommodations across Canada.

• Preparation of regulatory documents, and submission packages, for submission to Canadian regulatory agencies for the registration of pest control products
• Conducting regulatory and/or scientific data/information searches
• Completion of minor submissions (ex. Notifications, Category C.6.3 submissions) with the guidance of the Regulatory Manager
• Responsible to lead creation of study lists for submission to the Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA)

Required:

• Minimum of a BSc. or equivalent experience in the agricultural industry or related fields.
• Excellent computer skills with word processing and spreadsheet software (ex. MS Office and Adobe Acrobat) and databases.
• Must be organized, detailed, and portray a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to multi-task and quickly shift priorities according to business needs.

Preferred:

• Experience with product labeling and/or Regulatory information management would be considered an asset.
