Role purpose

  • Accuracy PR-PO execution with timely manner
  • Office and Farm equipment inventory stock management
  • Response to recycle waste system, Asset management system and write off process
  • Manage staff’s personalsized assets
  • Main office management, R&D TakFah key system, lunch management, Lawn & garden,
  • Internal (TakFah) communication, facility contact and documentation system
  • Prepare file and print out tag for NSPP and Trailing

Accountabilities 

  • Work closely with Station operation lead to provide master plan of R&D expense and strong to manage and prioritize PO – PO execution with accuracy and timely manner
  • Monitor PR-PO status in tracking file and readiness to support expense data to station operation lead for budget consolidation
  • Work closely with NSPP team to manage stock inventory for office and farm supply in TH SDU
  • Update progress in Admin weekly and monthly meeting
  • Cooperate with house maid and gardener to well manage office cleaning and landscape
  • Monitor practise of meeting room booking, request break and lunch and good manage LAN-internet, printing room and facility in main office
  • Well manage site’s asset database, write off process and recycle waste system with timely manner.
  • Support to manage staff’s personalized asset such as Laptop, iPad and etc.
  • Representative for TakFah communication team member and good cooperate with other function for internal communication
  • Good manage to facility contact include car park, grower contact
  • Good collaboration and relationship with neighbour and local community
  • Good manage TakFah documentation system
  • Support trialist and field technical to provide label tagging, field book printing and event.

Qualifications

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

Critical knowledge

  • Advance degree in Accountancy or management
  • Basic understanding Syngenta PR/PO process
  • Microsoft excel, word, power point

Critical skills:

  • Ability to work within a team and individually
  • Ability to think and plan systematically
  • Ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders
  • Ability to set priorities.
  • Well organized

Critical experience:

  • Experience in communication and contact with stake holder
  • Experience in facility management
  • Experience in organization and initiation
  • Experience in capturing and recoding in meeting
