Market Development and Technical Manager Biosolutions SeedCare France and EAME (M/F)

We are currently seeking for a Market Development and Technical Manager Biosolutions SeedCare France and EAME (M/F)

to join our team in Guyancourt (78). This role can be based remotely in France.

For this role, we are offering a permanent contract.

This role will include business travels – 2 to 3 times a week (50% in France, 50% in the main player countries in EAME).

Your role & responsibilities :

• Act as the go-to person for the assigned Biological products
• Ensure execution of the Biologicals product strategy and tactics to meet the business and financial objectives of the Region
• Together with Seedcare Portfolio Development Lead EAME, Seedcare Commercial Portfolio Lead EAME and Seedcare Technical Expert EAME, design and develop Integrated solutions and differentiated portfolio offers
• Support BUs to identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships and new GTM routes and develop their Biologicals business and provide BUs with specialist advice on the products and/or services they are selling
• Ensure price positioning is value maximizing across the Biologicals portfolio
• Market Analysis, Planning and Strategy development with relevant Global Biologicals colleagues
• Generate internal biologicals product knowledge by learning and scaling, and sharing this knowledge across EAME commercial teams.
• Provide guidance and all necessary information about market trends and competitor movements to BUs, to ensure a credible 5Y planning
• Create trial protocols and coordinate local pre-commercial and commercial field trials
• Work closely with channel partners to scale up the biologicals offer and create win wins for distribution and Syngenta
• Work in close collaboration with EAME Seedcare Team, BU Seedcare Teams, BU Marketing, BU CP Biological Leads and support the commercial teams.

• Graduated in agricultural engineering (or equivalent)
• At least 5 years experience in the area of crop protection
• Good knowledge of field crops
• You have a thorough understanding of the French biosolutions market and its players
• Seedcare knowledge is a plus
• Ability to take a step back to get an overview of the market
• A true leader, you are able to unite and convince different functions around a common objective
• Excellent communication skills, synthetic mind
• English & French: Advanced level.
