Foreign Trade Zone Coordinator

Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with all US Government Foreign Trade Zone laws and performing daily FTZ operations. Candidate also confirms accurate record-keeping of all FTZ movements.

Duties:

• Perform daily FTZ processing for Syngenta FTZ’s and third party FTZ’s utilized by Syngenta.
• Coordinate with Syngenta FTZ’s for submission of weekly estimates.
• Coordinate with third party providers to file necessary documentation including weekly estimates and entry forms.
• Maintain Thomson Reuters One Source software including daily processing and reconcile inventory records between SAP & Thomson Reuters.
• Implement internal cost saving performance metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred or relevant experience.
• 5 years minimum experience in Logistics.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP inventory movement types.
• Experience controlling inventories at multiple remote locations.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office software systems.
