Facilities & Admin Manager

• Manage Site Utilities and Facility systems (non-production) 
• Ensure routine corrective and preventive maintenance of the facilities and a proper log is maintained of the maintenance schedules. 
• Preparing the budget and planning for the Service delivery scope.
• Ensure timely internal audits like infrastructure safety assessment (ISA), machinery safety assessment (MSA), fire fighting and detection system assessment (FFDSSA), electrical safety assessment (ESA), and any other internal audits of Relevant equipment of the facilities.
• Ensure action plans report against the internal audits (ISA, MSA, ESA, FFDSSA, etc) and actions are completed on time.
• Ensure the operations and maintenance are carried out within provided facility team and outsourced vendors along with keeping a keen eye on the operational expense (OPEX).
• Ensure HSE and QMS guidelines are followed and technical inputs provided in the risk
• Manage the travel and related requirements of the employees through close coordination with travel vendor
• Manage the entire fleet of vehicles of the company, this includes the purchase, maintenance, fuel cards issuance and management and disposal.
• Identify projects for the upkeep and on-boarding new facilities, this includes leasing, infrastructure installation, interiors, maintenance and disposal, if any.
• Close coordination and management of out-sourced facility management vendor (CBRE).    

• Masters with at least 8 years hands on experience of  administration, facility management.
• Ability to control vendors from a spend and technical perspective while contracting
• Responsible for managing travel, visas, lodging requirements of business and the related vendor for this purpose
• Deliver on facility leasing, development and handover of projects
• Proactively manage the company fleet of vehicles including and not limited to purchase, maintenance, fuel, disposal
• identify and deliver on Cost curtail initiatives
• Arrangements for company events from an admin scope.
