Executive Support Analyst

 What you will be doing?

• Assists with the meeting coordination for large events (hotel bookings, catering, travel arrangements, preparation of event materials, etc)
• Provide high-level, professional support to a large number of principles in a way that optimizes the operational efficiency of for the supported executives.
• The ability to be proactive and innovative, while maintaining the ability to work independently
• Provide a bridge for smooth communication between Vegetables Global team and internal Departments
• Compiles and analyzes reports in compliance with daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements

What sets you apart?

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business or Communications
• Minimum five (5) years of administrative/clerical experience
• Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and draw insights
• Business level knowledge of all MS Office Applications
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
• Possess organizational skills and time management skills
