And we need a talented NK District Manager in Arkansas to help them achieve their goals. As the District Manager, you will lead and represent the NK Brand Retail Sales Team, driving profitable growth and establishing Syngenta as an industry leader with a sustainable position. What you will be doing?

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of NK Sales Representatives to deliver a high-quality customer experience 
  • Executing sales campaigns and achieving agreed sales targets in accordance with the strategies and objectives set for the NK Brand Corn and Soybeans 
  • Collaborating with the Head of NK Sales and other functional teams to liberate the potential of the NK Sales Force and the development of marketing campaigns and field marketing
  • Responsible for Sales operational budget, variable selling expenses, and discretionary marketing funds, sales outlook, product forecasting and inventory management
  • Actively Coach and develop the Sales Team in alignment with the strategy, business plan, Leadership model and commercial policy
  • Reinforce that all relevant processes and policies are well understood and implemented by the NK Sales Team and, where necessary, by customers
  • Reinforce compliance with commercial policy, HSE requirements, local legislation, and competition law with the Sales Team
  • Travel Requirements 50%+

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or a non-Agriculture discipline or higher with significant industry background
  • 5+ years in Sales and/or Sales Management
  • Strong sense of customer focus and demonstration of excellent sales and negotiations skills
  • Field Marketing and Campaign Management development and implementation experience
  • Agronomic Knowledge relevant to the Commercial Unit
