  • Ensure that material scheduling strategy and processes are in place and work effectively in order to ensure material supply meets production requirements with minimum stock levels, whilst optimizing costs

 

  • Take ownership of material planning issues that arise, including over or under delivery and take any follow up actions especially in the event of material shortages that affect production.

 

  • Manage inventory risk and ensure that contingency plans are in place

 

  • Seek and recommend solutions to overcome issues arising in order to meet production requirements and address operational risks

 

  • Liaise with global production facilities and ensure the required products and volume are produced as per the requirement of the PK market, also develop, and implement sourcing strategies by closely liaising with the regulatory team.

 

  • Liaison with local procurement department for local bulk and co-formulant availability.

 

  • Develop, agree, and implement KPI’s for material supply for Crop protection supply.

 

  • Process order, Hub Purchase order, Requisition creation for Bulk, Inert and co-formulants.

 

  • Assist local logistics in timely delivery scheduling of imports.

 

  • Lead ROP and Pre-S&OP cycle.

 

  • Daily reporting of Supply vs demand Gaps, Inventory target view and import status.

 

  • Investigate and implement system enhancement initiatives

 

  • Ensure the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and inventory accuracy at all times and manage and control inventory levels and movements

 

  • Liaison with commercial team for Finished good availability.

 

  • Liaison with production facility for Finished good production with respect to weekly and monthly plan.

 

  • Demonstrate compliance will all local and international laws & rule and regulation

 

  • Establishing close working relationship with local commercial and production teams to ensure smooth operation of the Demand and Supply Management cycle

 

  • Effective implementation of SAP, APO (SAP), Qlik and other e-tools in Planning scope

Qualifications

  • In depth understanding of material planning and operation planning at the local & regional Level

 

  • Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Commercial and financial acumen
  • Results-orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines
  • Proven analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • SAP, APO, and ERP knowledge.
  • Experienced in ROP and S&OP cycle.
  • Minimum 5 year Experience required in Supply planning, Material Planning Function with master's in supply Chain
