Skillsets Needed:
- Expert React Native skills building mobile applications for IOS / Android
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Deployment Strategies
- Expertise with unit testing frameworks
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux
- Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, and Android Studio
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with mobile applications
- Strong understanding of building global applications that are scalable for multiple countries
- Good to have experience in integration with enterprise level solutions like SAP and SFDC
- Proficient in version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native framework
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and industry standards
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members
- Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experience
- Implementing CI/CD pipelines for automating the deployment process
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile technologies and share knowledge with the team
- Continuously improve development processes and workflows to increase productivity and efficiency
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and promoting a collaborative team environment
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospective meetings
