ROLE PURPOSE

To support that challenge, the IT Finance Team is currently seeking a Digital Transformation Manager - Order To Cash in Spain or in the UK. 

You will help shape the future of agriculture by applying your deep understanding of the IT landscape, domain knowledge of Finance and an understanding of business outcomes to implement Digital Trade solutions that deliver the targeted value.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • You will support EAME functional areas including Finance’s Order to Cash, Account to Report, Account Receivable, Tax areas, as well as Commercial areas driving initiatives to expand our Business to Customer capabilities.
  • Owns project goals leveraging expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team
  • Business Partner with country Digital & IT Leads and business in countries and EAME region to define the platforms strategy, adoption and evolution of platforms with focus on customer value. Translate strategy into tangible milestones and deliverables.
  • Wireframing and prototyping, agile expertise, customer journey and user story design, advocating and designing a user-centred and consumer focused processes, mapping out customer flows and wireframes. 

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Relevant Experience

  • Proven skills and experience leading the implementation of IT and business transformation is a must (Digital Trade, eCommerce, B2C Models, Order to Cash process knowledge).
  • Experience in financial processes and digital platforms.
  • Hands on experience in leading business digital transformation projects
  • Business partnering between IT and commercial teams to become the face of business to IT for their emerging IT and digital requirements.
  • Experience required in handling financial IT platforms like mobile applications, SAP (Core Platform), Salesforce, Order Entry tool, etc.

Education

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, science, engineering, IT) or equivalent knowledge is required.

Languages

  • Fluent in English is a must.
