ROLE PURPOSE
- Execute effective and efficient management of stocking and physical distribution of goods from warehouses/tollers toward final customers
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Organize daily warehouses replenishment plans, based on procedures and products availability
- Ensure correct management of goods inbound movements, including compliance to accounting rules and procedures
- Support Customer Service to solve shipment related issues
- Execute administrative activities related to suppliers’ invoice verification and posting.
- Verify that suppliers operate in compliance to existing legislation and to Syngenta policies regarding HSEQS policy.
- Monitor suppliers’ operational KPIs to evaluate their performances are aligned to the agreed SLAs.
- Contribute to Production & Supply Chain projects and strategic initiatives (e.g.: OPEX initiatives etc.)
- Ensure compliance with commercial policy of the Commercial Unit, HSE requirements, local legislation and competition law, all relevant Syngenta processes and policies.

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES
Critical experience and knowledge
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Operations or Economics
- Knowledge of Logistics, Operations, Production and Processes
- Demonstrated experience of ERP/MRP systems
- 1+ years of experience in operations/logistics management
- Proficient English
- Advanced computer skills

- Knowledge in multiple systems and software applications (SAP, WMS, etc...)
- Communication and presentation skills
