Job description

Зона відповідальності: Суми, Харків, Полтава, Дніпро, Запоріжжя

  • Розвиток дистрибуційної мережі — побудова стратегічного партнерства з дистриб'юторами, їх регіональними представництвами та субдистриб'юторами 
  • Забезпечення зростання ринкової частки — реалізація стратегії збільшення частки ЗЗР Сингенти на закріпленій території у сегменті непрямих клієнтів 
  • Планування та аналіз — розробка річних та квартальних планів продажів, аналіз ринкової ситуації та конкурентного середовища
  • Організація навчань — проведення навчань для команд продажів дистрибюторів із залученням внутрішніх експертів компанії
  • Координація сейлз-команди — забезпечення ефективної взаємодії між внутрішньою командою продажів та зовнішніми партнерами
  • Моніторинг та звітність — контроль виконання KPI, підготовка звітів, та коригування стратегії

Кваліфікації

  • Вища освіта (бажано агрономічна, економічна)
  • Досвід роботи в продажах в агросфері від 3-5 років
  • Досвід роботи з ЦО дистриб'юторів та їх регіональними представництвами
  • Глибоке розуміння ринку ЗЗР та специфіки їх застосування
  • Розвинені навички стратегічного планування та аналізу ринку
  • Досвід проведення презентацій та навчань 
  • Навички роботи з MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Готовність до регулярних відряджень по регіону
  • Оновлені військово-облікові документи (якщо стосується)
