Job description

Обов'язки:

  • Первинна обробка даних, отриманих від підрядника: консолідація даних з різних джерел; редагування даних в Excel, приведення до єдиного стандарту
  • Наповнення та оновлення довідників:пошук інформації по продуктах компанії та конкурентів; внесення даних в довідники
  • Підготовка даних до завантаження у бази даних компанії (зміна форматів перед завантаженням, перевірка коректності даних)
  • Підтримка існуючих в компанії BI звітів: періодичне оновлення; внесення змін; контроль актуальності інформації; оновлення перед початком нового сезону
  • Підготовка даних для оновлення звітів перед початком нового сезону
  • Завантаження великих об'ємів даних в CRM та інші системи

Кваліфікації

  • Вища освіта в галузі математики, статистики, економіки, фінансів, IT або іншій суміжній галузі
  • Досвід роботи у сфері аналітики даних буде перевагою
  • Хороше знання та досвід роботи з Excel (знання формул, побудова та робота зі зведеними таблицями, знання PowerQuery)
  • Базове знання програмного забезпечення для керування базами даних (MS SQL тощо)
  • Базове знання BI ситем (PowerBI, тощо)
  • Англійська на середньому рівні, письмова та розмовна
  • Аналітичне мислення
  • Високий рівень самоорганізації та тайм-менеджменту
  • Високий рівень відповідальності
  • Здатність до швидкого навчання та розвитку
  • Хороші комунікаційні навички
  • Уважність та посидючість
