Communication Specialist Trainee

Role Purpose:

• To support the communication and change management related to our on-going transformation programs in EAME Region, in a trainee capacity.

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with business units to develop communications plans both to internal business stakeholders and external audiences.
• Develop content for different communications initiatives: i.e. writing and updating variety of materials, (including newsletters, infographics, announcements), visualization and video production.
• Facilitate regularly scheduled calls with the streams to plan, work on, execute communication initiatives.
• Manage the suppliers' invoices and purchase orders.
• Manage internal communications workflow, signoffs.
• Set up webinars, create Polls.
• Run Surveys.

• Communication Bachelor or Master
• Excellent English Writing and Communications Skills
• Creative eye
• Digital savvy
• Willingness to take initiative
• Good coordination skills
