CapEx Lead

• Provide support for Seeds Development LATAM investments, regarding budget control, tracking and report, data analysis and administrative processes improvement.
• Important role in the relationship between key internal areas out of Seeds Development (finance, accounting, procurement, and engineering) to ensure correct guidance and to guarantee CapEx projects benefits.
• Guarantee the accomplishment of corporative compliance and polices.

Accountabilities

• CapEx governance and dashboards.
• CapEx Actuals report.
• Capex investment forecast planning and review.
• Fixed Asset capitalization and depreciation control and analysis.
• Fixed Asset Write Off governance.
• Data analysis, dashboard creation and administrative processes improvement.
• E2E CapEx processes support.
• Support with productivity project program (for CapEx).
