Warehouse Operator

• To manage and control all Finish Good/RM-PM/Product Label/Sticker e-PG, handling and movement follow to HSE Policy and SOP.
• Understand & implement Syngenta HSE & uality Policy & Standard.
• To ensure effective receipts, storage & distribution of all FG/RM-PM/Product Lable/Sticker e-PG products.
• Ensure that all item Product Project Sticker  e-PG already activated before hand over to Production Team.
• Ensure all partial issue process follow RI Matrix and Material Requisition from Production and follow the SOP and HSE policy.
• Ensure all product are tagged with incoming label. Secure all Label and e-PG transaction and inventory.

Accountabilities:

• Implementation of HSE, Quality & CAN DO behavior for all activities
• Ensure that all FG movement comply with FIFO requirement.
• Ensure that storing of Label and e-PG follow to wroks instruction.
• Ensure that housekeepin in Label and e-PG Warehouse is performed
• Ensure that Label and e-PG preparation process done timely and correct of quantity follow to material request
   

Essentials Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

• Minimum Senior High School, Computer literate and able to operate MS Office, SAP understanding.
• Passive English.
• 3 years experience as Warehouse Operator and have Forklift driver license.
• Passive ERP users, preferably SAP.
• Active users on Microsoft office & e-mail processes.
