  • To keep and maintain the records of all warehouse documents.
  • To perform posting of daily issues / receipts in SAP
  • To perform physical counting and verification of stocks
  • To maintain records of all stock adjustments of used / unused items.
  • To ensure Syngenta HSEQ & Security Policies/guidelines at warehouses are implemented.
  • Supervise smooth supply of raw and packaging material.
  • Coordinate with Logistics Officer and ensure on time/smooth dispatch to up-country warehouses.
  • To provide training to WH staff as per annual training calendar, Supporting site’s initiatives/improvement projects on RI management and QC improvement plan.
  • To check packaging material supply & inform over & above stocks arrival against monthly plan.
  • To share movement plan with overflow warehouses & check timely availability of stocks at SITE.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent from a reputable institution.
  • Fully conversant with standard warehouse management principles.
  • Have basic understanding on Microsoft 360 & power Apps.
  • User level working experience on any ERP software up to 3-4 years.

Additional Information

  • At least 3 years experience as a warehouse officer in a manufacturing industry (pharma, chemical, food processing).
  • Working experience on data analyzing & trend analysis.
