Warehouse Assistant

We are currently looking for an organized and energetic Warehouse Assistant to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our storage facility based at Multan. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in handling agricultural products, maintaining inventory, and preparing orders for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
• Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders, or manage, organize, and retrieve stock.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Follow safety management standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Assist in warehouse cleaning and organizing to maintain a safe and orderly environment.

• Minimum Intermediate (Preference will be given to University Graduate).
• 5 years working experience in a Warehouse support  or similar role.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in environments that may have dust and allergies.

• Experience with inventory software, databases, and systems.
• Familiarity with the use of warehouse equipment and machinery (e.g., work at height etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to report any deviations.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read and write in English & Urdu.
