We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Sales Veg Representative to join our team in Saïs-Oriental, Morocco. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing expert technical support for our vegetable product line to customers in the agricultural sector.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the vegetable industry
  • Conduct product demonstrations and field trials to showcase the benefits of our vegetable varieties
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers on vegetable cultivation, pest management, and crop optimization
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and materials
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product training to customers and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in vegetable varieties, growing techniques, and agricultural technologies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and technical inquiries using CRM software
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and gather market intelligence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the vegetable or agricultural industry
  • In-depth knowledge of vegetable varieties, growing conditions, and market trends
  • Strong understanding of agricultural practices and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to close sales
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Fluency in English and French; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are a plus
