Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Seeds Veg Promoter for the North region, based in Casablanca, Morocco. This exciting role offers the opportunity to promote our premium vegetable seed products to farmers and agricultural businesses across the northern region of the country.

  • Develop and implement effective promotional strategies for our vegetable seed products in the assigned territory
  • Conduct product demonstrations and field trials to showcase the benefits of our seeds to potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the agricultural community
  • Provide expert advice on seed selection, cultivation practices, and crop management to customers
  • Organize and participate in agricultural trade shows, farmer meetings, and other industry events
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular reports to the management team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Travel extensively within the northern region of Morocco to visit customers and potential clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in seed promotion, agricultural sales, or a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of vegetable seeds, cultivation practices, and local agricultural conditions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product benefits to customers
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and growing customer base
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in marketing and promotional techniques specific to the agricultural sector
  • Familiarity with local market trends and competitor landscape in the seed industry
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in Arabic and French; English language skills are a plus
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the northern region of Morocco
  • Relevant certifications in seed technology or agriculture are preferred
