Customer Service Representative NUBI

Business Unit:            Vegetables
Department:                 Customer Service Western Europe North
Location:                      Enkhuizen, The Netherlands

As the vital link between Syngenta and our valued customers across the Nordics, UK, Benelux, and Ireland (NUBI), you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll own the complete customer journey—from order placement to successful delivery—ensuring our clients receive exceptional service every step of the way. This isn't just order processing—it's about being a key player in customer satisfaction.

The challenge

  • Serve as the primary contact for established customers in the NUBI region, building strong relationships
  • Monitor demand patterns and lead times, proactively adjusting to prevent bottlenecks
  • Anticipate challenges and solve order-related issues before they impact customers
  • Coordinate international seed shipments, including export documentation to the UK
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Western Europe North region, providing support when needed
  • Act as the crucial connector between customers, sales teams, and internal departments

Qualifications

Your profile

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Strong commercial mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Excellent analytical and planning capabilities
  • Outstanding communication skills—you connect easily with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a sense of ownership
  • Experience with SAP (or other MRP systems) and excel would be a nice plus!
