In this role you will manage Vegetables & Flowers Operational Document flow throughout the EAME Vegetables & Flowers Supply Chain. You will be the Business Partner for Supply, Production and Operating Units and act as the ambassador of Document & Invoicing. Establish in cooperation with the supplying departments the most efficient way of working to realize an effective and efficient order and planning process in which all documents can be delivered with the right quality and quantity at the right time and place.
The challenge
In this challenging position you will lead the D&I department and ensure efficient with all stakeholders. You manage the team process in alignment with the described procedures, country specific requirements, work instructions and distribution models. You will continuously seek opportunities for improvements. You set up and lead meetings with the trade compliance to update and align all country and customer requirements and other Supply Chain departments. As a people manager, you create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and set ambitious goals for the team and the team members
Qualifications
Your profile
To succeed in this position, you have an advanced level of understanding of supply planning, customer service and finance & trade compliance. You have proven leader experience and team development and change management skills. You are transparent and strong in communication and negotiation on operational & management level. We are looking for someone who is capable to coordinate and network effectively across all involved functions and with different cultures. You have a good level of English and Dutch in writing and speaking. It is an advantage if you have experience with SAP.
