Job description

Основні обов'язки:

  • Адміністрування документації та сертифікатів у SAP, оновлення баз даних
  • Реєстрація та відстеження невідповідностей у системах Reliance та Smartsheet
  • Обробка платежів постачальникам
  • Ведення товаро-супровідної документації
  • Супровід імпортно-експортних контрактів
  • Аналітика поставок та підготовка звітності
  • Участь у командних зустрічах та проектній діяльності відділу

Кваліфікації

  • Студент 3-5 курсу
  • Можливість працювати щонайменше 20 годин на тиждень, гнучкий графік
  • Впевнений користувач ПК
  • Англійська мова на рівні не нижче середнього (Intermediate)
  • Розвинені організаційні навички
  • Висока уважність до деталей
  • Відповідальність та пунктуальність
  • Вміння ефективно працювати в умовах дедлайнів
  • Адаптивність та гнучкість у вирішенні завдань
