You will be part of the Syngenta Seeds Business - Human Resources Talent Acquisition team.

This role requires a strong connection with the business and key leaders in the region, people acumen and resilience to drive constant changes and transformation and be passionate about people and a strong knowledge of the business to bring the necessary market insights.

Responsibilities:
•    Work with the Talent Acquisition Seeds Leadership team in the employer branding strategies
•    Mapping the market for hard-to-fill positions and succession plan gaps 
•    Bring a strategic view of the market from where to find the main capabilities (inside or outside the agribusiness market)
•    Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events, serve as brand ambassador
•    Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
•    Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
•    Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
•    Generate quarterly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives with the locals TA teams 
•    Create quarterly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
•    Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
•    Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
•    Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree
•    High level of energy and passion
•    Previous experience in TA Sourcing roles  
•    Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
•    Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
•    Verbal and written communication skills.
•    Organizational and time management skills.
•    Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
•    A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations. 
•    Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
•    A positive, “can do” attitude
•    Advanced level of English, Portuguese and Spanish language is a must;
