Role purpose

Collaborating by providing ultimate support for some talent acquisition aspects such as: sourcing, administration (with accurate and timely submission), handling database, employer branding also involvement in ad hoc tasks and project(s). You will be responsible to support TA team including interfacing with internal related parties, candidates, and vendors during the recruitment process.

This includes:

  • Delivery of recruitment process with stressing on admin supporting, employer branding and sourcing also projects. Focused on providing high levels of service and quality to stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure candidates receive an excellent experience.
  • Support for PPT presentation creation, arrangement of meeting / events.
  • Protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of data and file

You will be expected to support the mentioned aspects that ultimately contributes to the growth & success of Company.

Accountabilities

  • Support end to end candidate selection process – by conducting: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling.
  • Ensure all interview logistics are coordinated including candidate travel, meeting room bookings, and interview panel co-ordination.
  • Recruitment related administration related with candidates (arrangement of and getting documents for Medical Check Up test, candidate’s personal documents, e-signed Employment Agreement, Driving Test, Covid Related documents & test).
  • Recruitment related works related with Internal parties (email of new joiner for next month to HR OPS, raising SNOW ticket for new joiner in next month, issues related with new joiner non system (e.g BPJS, change of joining date, etc), issues related with new joiner – system (to HR Ops and HR SNS), request of Employment Agrement to HR Ops, email of new joiner to notify IT & GA to prepare supporting materials, liaise with HRBP IDPS for his support on MCU result reivewed by company doctor, liaise with others including Legal, Business Sustainability, Procurement, Finance team).
  • Maintain the candidate workflow in the ATS (Application Tracking System, current: SmartRecruiter) updated to ensure data is accurate for reporting and HR administration hand off purposes. *Note: Recruiter updates until candidate accepts the offer and continued by HR Ops until close – monitored by Global and Regional, closed by joining date.
  • Ensure issue and escalation management process is followed where necessary.
  • Supporting the creative job adverts – if needed and other recruitment materials. Example: Create the visual design. *  Note: for LinkedIn account posting, WA sharing and other Syngenta’s digital assets.
  • Support/ Participate in projects that enhance client experience and /or increase efficiency of the recruitment process / offering, e.g. branding (including campus recruitment), career information in country website, other non  routine task / special project.
  • Take responsibility for own continuous professional development. 

Qualifications

Essentials Knowledge & Experience:

  • Fresh Graduate - Max 1.5 years of intern in HR Talent Acquisition.
  • Preferably has experience in recruitment in organization / company and understand good sourcing approaches to attract suitable candidates.
  • Preferably has experience in interviewing and assessment methods or tools.
  • Ability to build good relationships with stakeholders.

 

Education & Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree of psychology from reputable university.
  • Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Confident communicator both verbally and in writing with a strong command of English.
  • Ability to create action plans with solutions.
  • Proactive, positive, mature and results-driven attitude.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
