Ubicación:

Guadalajara, Jalisco / Querétaro, Querétaro.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage of purchase orders received from customers / sales representatives of country / for registration in the SAP system and in follow-up controls.
  • Acquire in a timely manner in SAP the purchase orders to guarantee delivery of the products in time to our Distributors.
  • If required by the Distributor, efficiently and in coordination with our supply team, generate proforma invoices according to the sanitary and import requirements of the country of destination.
  • Track product dispatches along with planning, logistics and foreign trade areas, once they have been granted import permits, ensuring that they are optimally developed and aligned to Distributor needs.
  • Review sales order status versus impo/expo plan execution to identify which orders can be invoiced in the month.
  • Coordinate meetings with the planning team to review the availability of seeds and ensure timely treatment of seeds for corn seed sales as requested by the commercial area, ensuring compliance with customer needs Sowing periods.
  • Managing and monitoring of import permits sent by Distributors to guarantee the exports.
  • Verify with the SBS team that the orders to be invoiced are approved by credit, maintain a fluid communication with the commercial area to guarantee the billing during the month.
  • Execute billing for our customers, complying with all SOX and Syngenta compliance guidelines.
  • Coordinate monthly alignment meetings with clients, where they are reviewed and updated on the status of their purchase orders, scheduled dispatches, pending claims and areas for improvement to feed back into the organization.
  • Lead monthly meetings with all internal stakeholders (supply and commercial) to ensure good management and alignment of processes that allow the fulfillment of Distributor requirements.
  • Guarantee communication and excellence in the service to third parties by sending weekly reports on the status of active operations, giving feedback on the progress of the same.
  • Respond in a timely and cordial manner to all the client's requirements, always oriented to the search of solutions and guaranteeing the quality in the service.
  • Communicate to our clients the order dispatch information and send the documentation in time for the import formalities.
  • Follow up the product clearance and monitor the efficient delivery of the product.
  • Efficiently manage all claims received by our clients, follow up on the corresponding tool, and keep the business area and customers informed of the status.
  • Develop debit and credit notes in a timely manner, either by discount, special negotiations, commercial agreements or claims.
  • Perform the reports and indicators of their management, (Back-orders, Order Tracking and Billing, Claims, etc.)

Qualifications

Essential for this position:

  • Graduated in Supply Chain careers (Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration).
  • Knowledge of International Trade.
  • Experience in Foreign Trade positions (Import and Export).
  • Intermediate-advanced Knowledge of the SAP system.
  • Upper-intermediate English language.
  • Experience in customer service and difficult customer management
  • Experience in using Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook).
  • Availability for an eventual/temporary position.

Desirable:

  • Experience in Management of Letters of Credit.
  • Knowledge of Seeds Supply Chain.
