Scheduling & Process Support

Purpose & Accountability:

• Typically performs specialized support in a defined functional program area involving a wide variety of problems, performs standard and non-standard assignments
• Is a source of information on processing transactions
• Accurate and timely support to the management of the plant operations from RAW to T&P and non seed materials

Business impact:

• • Eliminates significant inefficiencies by changing process steps
• Central address for all questions of operative process performance and quality

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Provides informal and/or formal support to other team members
• Support to development of new procedures / standards subject to approval from manager
• Requires good knowledge and experience to respond to non-routine situations, with consideration of short term consequences
• Requires formal qualification/vocational training
• Completes work with a limited degree of supervision or works autonomously
• Mainly works autonomously within established procedures and practices
• Sometimes solves non-complex but varied problems of recurring nature with a limited degree of supervision
• Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures
• Has basic work experience involving basic concepts and procedures
• Sometimes works under limited supervision
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, HSE, Quality, including ESTA audit, and legal
