  • Achieving sales target in its territory by managing excelling relationship and implement Syngenta  GTM strategy to R2 Conducting Syngenta’s demand creation with growers.
  • Execute demand generation activity to (FT, FM and other related demand activities) achieve targeted territory consumption with priority growers segments.
  • Execute Demo.
  • Provide agronomic expertise to farmer.
  • Develop relationship with R2/kiosk to ensure product availability.

Accountabilities

  • Conducts demand creation activities with growers and closely working with R2 in mapping, identifying and developing a value proposition for its key customers.
  • Organizes events to training, official demo), farmers meeting, field days and support priority Growers with knowledge on Syngenta’s products and application / according to the specific needs and GTM design.
  • Ensure sales target are achieved in its territory by monitoring sales, provide support and maintain relationships with R2s.
  • Works closely with growers and influencers in developing sales and market share of Syngenta products, especially New product Introductions (NPIs).
  • Time allocation  : 50% growers and 50% channel on territory.

Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably strong background in Agriculture major from reputable university.
  • At least 1 years experience as a Sales Officer.
  • Understand market dynamics and competitive environment.
  • Understands grower’s needs, anticipates changes in the market and adjusts strategies accordingly.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Has deep and broad crop and product knowledge.
  • Willing to be relocate.
