You will be part of our Supply Chain Planning team. Through the values ​​Passion for Customers, Long View and Determined Execution, you will perform a critical role to our business. Here is how:

You will execute the formulated finish products, assuring the right service level to LATAM Region, being the focal point for territory supply planners and the upstream production network.

You will control the formulated bulks and formulated finished product inventory levels, managing the stock policy and optimizing the working capital to deliver the business targets.

You will manage active ingredients restrictions and production capacity constraints that affects the regional supply and exports production, driving the decision-making process aligned with business strategy.

You will collaborate managing active ingredients and formulated Bulks guaranteeing the requirement service to LATAM Region

You will provide proper dashboards with KPIs for the function

Responsibilities:

Assure that the portfolio line is delivering the business targets in terms of stock levels and service level. Leading the regional processes to optimize inventories within the territories and decoupling decisions, to have an efficient response.

Control the stocks quality for active ingredients and imported bulks, reviewing the slow / no movers and blocked inventory. Assuring that the actions are being triggered to avoid write-offs.

Execute the planning activities according to the operational framework, allowing supply plan visibility, having the system as a single point of truth.

Qualifications

It is indispensable for this position:

  • Professionals from Engineering, Finance, International Business  or similar careers.
  • 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Foreign Trade.
  • Fluent English level is required (mandatory).
  • Excel knowledge (mandatory).
  • Power BI, APO and SAP/R3 knowledge (desirable).
  • Execution and results orientation.
  • Establishes open and trusting relationships.
  • Highly collaborative.
  • Energy, Drive and Persistence.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Critical thinking abilities.
