JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented Qlik UI/UX Developer with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Data Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user interfaces for Qlik applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and high performance. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Qlik Sense and Qlik SaaS, as well as experience in UI/UX design principles and best practices.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent technical training and experience
EXPERIENCE
- Overall 6+ years of Experience with at least 5 years of UI/UX design and development with Qlik as preferrable tool or tools like Tableau or PowerBI
- Hands-on Experience in UI/UX Design, some experience on Qlik development
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Experience in UI/UX wireframing tools like figma or any other compatibel tools
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Qliksense UI and Backend development is big advantage, Qlik SaaS (Cloud) experience is plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Hands-on experience working with Reporting Data Model / Qlik Sense Data Model is advantage
- Proven experience working with the Qlik Sense or similar reporting product in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong data visualizations skills and analytics aptitude , Good understanding of multi-dimensional modelling and delivering complex analytical applications and models , incremental data loads
- Goot to have professional with thorough knowledge of scripting, data source integration, QMC, Section Access.

Qualifications
- Designing and developing user interfaces for Qlik applications using Qlik Sense and Qlik SaaS.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements
- Implementing best practices for UI/UX design and ensuring a seamless user experience
- Creating and maintaining design documentation and style guides
- Conducting user research and testing to optimize user interfaces
- Troubleshooting and resolving UI/UX issues in Qlik applications
- Staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
- Collaborate with the stakeholders , analyze requirements, suggest suitable solutions
- Work on Delivering the solution
- Review the solution implemented by the supplier teams
- Work as Technical Solution expert for the Qlik Deliveries

- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Results-driven with the ability to take initiatives, handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities and meet deadlines
- Must have a strong ability and desire to assimilate and apply knowledge as well as to spread acquired knowledge and experience to other team members
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Collaboration with External teams and various vendors partner teams, expected to actively seek understanding and alignment on strategic and tactical priorities and adapt accordingly
- Agile Scrum / DevOps skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Any other BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI experience is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*
- Qlik Sense/Qlik SaaS certification
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Certification in Qlik Sense Data Modelling
- Experience with AWS/Qlik Cloud Platform
- Qliksense Governance, Data modelling, ETL
