ROLE PURPOSE

  • The role purpose of the Professional Solutions Sales & Marketing Lead is to Contribute to the development and implementation of the regional strategy for the Professional Solutions portfolio, in particular Turf, Landscape and Ornamentals.
  • Our Professional Solutions businesses offer a range of plant health solutions for professional turf managers, professional growers, professional pest managers and consumers.

 YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Contribute to commercial strategy and implementation of marketing activities, technology access and pricing policies in Iberia in line with regional strategy.
  • Work closely with Iberia sales force to deliver technologies and effective offers/strategies ensuring alignment with regional strategies and priorities.
  • Collect and analyse market data and trends to provide insight for the further development of the business and offer portfolio.
  • Contribute to manage targeted customer relationships and their accounts to gain a deeper understanding of their business and business needs to co-develop customized value offers that build a successful and sustainable business partnership.
  • Design, prepare and provide the relevant sales & marketing activities and services to support implementation of campaigns and marketing strategies.
  • Participate in gathering customer insights.
  • Contribute to develop existing relationships with the most important customers in a way that is more effective and durable than competitors.
  • Contribute to campaign communication, identifies appropriate channel of communication, and adapt message to the targeted audience.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing or registration activities in a related business.
  • Good analytical and data management skills.
  • Commercial understanding.
  • Good knowledge in communication on multiple seniority levels, good interpersonal skills, networker.
  • Project management ability and experience, result, and deadline oriented.
  • Attitude and mind-set to work in local unit of a global organization.
  • IT / SharePoint / PowerPoint experience.
  • Customer orientation: insight about internal and external customer needs.
  • Availability to travel: Active travelling in Iberia and some abroad travel.

Education

  • University degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Biology, Forestry or related.

Languages

  • Fluent in English (at least B2).
  • Fluent in Spanish.
