Production Data Analyst

• Work with cross-functional teams to plan, analyze and manage production activities,
• Prepare reports concerning downtime, equipment repairs, and delays.
• Analyze consumption and production rates and determine production efficiency.
• Attending tier meetings to discuss about production issues and updates.
• Monitor the execution of production plan and identify deviations.
• Communicate production status and deviation updates to Team Leader on Daily basis.
• Analyze customer requirements and set production expectations.
• Develop standard procedures to optimize workflow.
• Evaluate issues, analyze root causes and derive solutions.
• Monitor and manage the availability of materials, equipment, resources.

• Minimum Education D3/S1 any discipline
• Experience in data administration
• Knowing about planning & reporting
• Material Management
• Have knowledge about lean manufacturing methodologies is a plus
• Have production experiences in a formulation and packaging manufacturing environment is a plus
• Knowledge and expertise in supporting large scale production teams
• Dynamic and flexible to handle rapid data information changed
• Teamwork and results delivery
