Syngenta is currently managing the Source to Order processes utilizing Ariba on demand platform. We are looking for an operational resource to be part of our Ariba Support Team.

This position reports to the Syngenta Regional Admin/Procurement Support Coordinator. The role entails various aspects of the Ariba Procurement platform.

Responsibilities:

• Procurement Operations Support Activity:
• Purchase order support, supplier´s queries, PO closure, changes & correction, Service entry sheet and Good received
• Troubleshooting on Ariba issues to provide support on possible errors faced by requestor, supporting them in navigating Ariba and conducting Ariba refresher trainings for the regional user community
• Validate Supplier creation and documentation for Direct, Grower and Financial vendor
• Manage different country specific needs, document requirements and interaction with different stakeholders, Syngenta’s Requestors and suppliers in different regions
• Update supplier information on ERP system
• Providing assistance to requester´s with invoicing issues
• Work closely with Ariba Administrators, Ariba IT technical support team and Global Communication team
• Cross regions support activities when needed

Data Cleansing Project Support:

• Engagement in alignment process with Direct, Indirect and Grower Suppliers, Project Team and Buyers
• Engaging in the process of data correction by having direct contact with Direct, Indirect and Grower suppliers as regional LATAM Syngenta key users
• Participate on Duplicate check activities for vendor master data clean up

• English and intermediate Portuguese mandatory

• Experience with SAP and Ticket Support Systems (e.g., Jira/Snow)
• Process review to identify insights and opportunities for operational efficiencies appreciated
