An incredible opportunity awaits for a Planning and Logistics Manager. In this role you will oversee the co-ordination and consultation with different Syngenta functions on planning, scheduling and logistics related topics. You will drive continuous improvements and developing long term strategy within the function. Responsibilities include;
- Acting as the key point of contact for leadership requirements.
- Inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Area Leadership Team and Supply Chains to achieve tactical and strategic plans for the site and products.
- Contribute to the site's strategic agenda, particularly the 'We Grow Together' program, as part of the wider Extended Leadership Team.
Qualifications and required experience
- Proven experience in leading, developing, and coaching teams.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (preferred but not essential).
- Experience in developing long-term strategies within supply chain, manufacturing, or technical roles at a leadership level.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and project management (advantageous).
